Broadcast Standard Authority - complaints process

If you hear anything on Radio Hawkes Bay that you do not feel fits with the Broadcasting Standards in New Zealand and you would like to make a formal complaint, please direct your complaint to us in the first instance.

You have 20 days to contact us with the details of the complaint, as well as which show, or time, it occurred.
